About this file

This document outlines vendor registration requirements for the Commonwealth of Virginia's eVA electronic procurement system, applicable to the RFP #27-ODU-05-SLP Term Contract for Professional Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing A/E Design Services managed by Old Dominion University. All vendors seeking to provide construction and professional services to Virginia state agencies and public bodies must register with the eVA portal (www.eVA.virginia.gov) at no cost and submit bids or proposals through this system. Failure to register in eVA will result in automatic rejection of the bid or proposal. The contract is anticipated to generate multiple purchase orders, with each order corresponding to individual delivery requirements.

Vendor transaction fees are assessed based on the date the original purchase order is issued, with current fee schedules available on the eVA website at https://eva.virginia.gov/eva-billing.html. All bidders and offerors are required to pay applicable transaction fees as specified; these fees will be assessed individually for each purchase order issued under the term contract. The document does not specify pricing terms, funding amounts, or set-asides for this particular solicitation.
