About this file

The document provided is a Supplier Diversity Program (SDP) Prime Contractor Spending Report required by a state agency under a contract. The report is designed for contractors to report their quarterly spending with certified Supplier Diversity Program partners, including minority-owned, woman-owned, and other diverse businesses, as part of their contractual obligations. The report requires contractors to provide details on their annual SDP spending commitment percentage, quarterly contract sales, and spending with each of their SDP partners, categorized as either subcontracting or ancillary products and services. Contractors are required to submit this report within 45 days of the end of each quarter.

The related state and local contract opportunity is a request for responses from designers to provide design and construction administration services for the replacement of exterior windows/doors and roofing to increase energy efficiency in educational facilities in Suffolk County and the City of Boston, Massachusetts. The Massachusetts School Building Authority (MSBA) is seeking these services for eligible districts participating in their Program, though the specific project details, quantities, and timelines are not provided in the document.
