About this file

This is a Register of Wage Determinations under the Service Contract Act issued by the U.S. Department of Labor Employment Standards Administration Wage and Hour Division.

The document establishes prevailing wage rates for service employees in Tennessee counties (Cannon, Cheatham, Davidson, Dickson, Hickman, Macon, Maury, Robertson, Rutherford, Smith, Sumner, Trousdale, Williamson, and Wilson). Wage Determination No. 2015-4647, Revision 33 (effective August 20, 2026), specifies hourly rates for 342 occupational classifications ranging from $11.11 to $48.42 per hour. Occupations span administrative, clerical, automotive service, food preparation, health care, information technology, maintenance and repair, materials handling, protective services, and technical fields. All listed occupations receive fringe benefits of $5.92 per hour (up to 40 hours weekly or $236.80 per week/$1,026.13 per month). Additional benefits include paid vacation (2-4 weeks based on tenure), paid holidays (minimum 11 per year), and health and welfare compensation. Night pay differentials of 10% and 8-4% hazardous pay differentials apply to designated positions. The determination applies to all contracts subject to the Service Contract Act awarded on or after January 1, 2017, and includes notes on Executive Orders 13706 and 13658 regarding paid sick leave and prevailing wage requirements. Uniform allowances are addressed with specific reimbursement protocols. Computer professionals, air traffic controllers, weather observers, and certain specialized positions receive footnoted provisions governing their wage classification eligibility.
