PROPOSAL RESPONSE GUIDE

FA8684-22-R-2006

Instructions:

This document provides a standardized format for AFLCMC/XA Directorate-Wide ID/IQ responses.

Utilization of this document is MANDATORY in accordance with Section L, Table 1.3. Offerors shall utilize the fillable blocks. Offerors shall not deviate from the format provided, exceed page counts as described in Section L of the solicitation, or include attachments to this document except where specified. Graphics shall not be inserted. Format of this document, including font settings, shall not be changed.

In the event of inconsistencies between the Proposal Response Guide and any other document in the subject solicitation, the subject Proposal Response Guide shall receive the lowest precedence.

SECTION I- COMPANY/ OTHER INFO: Provide information as requested in each field. Provide the name, mailing address, telephone, and facility codes for the cognizant Contract Administration Office, DCAA, DCMA Administrating Contracting Officer, and suggested Government Paying Office.

SECTION II- NARRATIVE SUMMARY: The offeror’s proposal shall include a narrative summary of the entire proposal that is concise, to include addressing significant risks and highlighting any key or unique features, excluding cost/price. The narrative content shall relate to the evaluation factors/ subfactors. Any summary material presented here shall not be considered as meeting the requirements for any portions of other volumes of the proposal and will not be evaluated.

SECTION III- FACTOR I: TECHNICAL CAPABILITY

Offerors shall respond to the technical factors addressed in the RFP Sections L&M in the indicated fields below. Vendors may provide a response to one, some, or all categories. Each category will be given a response space of up to 3 pages, for a maximum of 9 pages if Offerors choose to respond to all 3 categories.

SECTION IV- FACTOR II: PRICE

Vendors shall complete the Post-Award CDRL Pricing Worksheet. The total price must equal $1,000 to be considered technically acceptable.
