EMCS UPGRADE , FA4626-24-Q-0050, COMBINED-SYNOPSIS SOLICITATION
Project Narrative Sample Format
Instructions: The Project Narrative must substantially comply with the specific instructions, format and content defined in Paragraph (x)(D)(2) of the COMBO.
The Project Narrative must not exceed a maximum of two (2) single-spaced pages in length. Pages refer to one-side of a single-spaced typed page. Font size should be no smaller than 12 and the proposal must be submitted on 8 ½” x 11" paper. Pages in excess of the 2-page limit will not be considered. Supporting materials, such as resumes, letters of support and/or commitment, and fleet description information can be submitted as attachments and are not included in the 2-page limit.

Short Project Description: [Briefly describe your project (1-2 sentences)].
Section 1. Technical Narrative and Overall Approach [The Technical Narrative shall be clear and concise, and shall include sufficient detail for effective evaluation and for substantiating the validity of the stated claims. The proposal should not simply rephrase or restate the Government's Specifications, but rather shall provide convincing rationale to address how the Offeror intends to meet these requirements.
Offerors shall assume that the Government has no prior knowledge of their facilities or experience and will base its evaluation on the information presented in the Offeror's proposal. The Technical Narrative will be evaluated against as described in Table 1 of the COMBO.
