About this file

This Statement of Work (SOW) details requirements for procuring 14 Portable Office Spaces (POS) at Saipan International Airport for the 11th Combat Air Base Squadron (CABS). The POS must be double-wide units delivered between 08-10 July 2025 and remain on-site through 08 August 2025, with specific technical specifications including overhead lighting, power receptacles, air conditioning, electronic keypad locks, emergency exits, fire extinguishers, and electrical infrastructure to support up to 18 workstations and 10 printers/copiers.

Critical requirements include providing generators with 24/7 support and two-hour emergency response, security fencing (8-10 feet tall), and the ability to quickly demobilize equipment within 48 hours if ordered by the CABS Commander due to typhoons, natural disasters, or security issues. The contractor must ensure units are fully operational, clean, durable, and comply with seismic and wind resistance standards (specifically Seismic Design Category D and ability to withstand 150 mph wind gusts). The government reserves the right to inspect and reject units that do not meet the detailed technical specifications outlined in the SOW.
