About this file
This document is an Attachment B - Coefficient Schedule for Solicitation N3319124R9007 issued by the Department of the Navy Naval Facilities Engineering Command for a Poland IDIQ Job Order Contract.
The Coefficient Schedule requires offerors to provide proposed coefficients for four pricing elements: pre-priced material/equipment, pre-priced labor, non-pre-priced material/equipment, and non-pre-priced labor. Offerors must calculate estimated amounts for each coefficient and provide a Total Evaluated Price. The completed Coefficient Schedule will become part of the contract award. The example values provided are for price evaluation purposes only, and the actual distribution of work may differ. Coefficients must not exceed two decimal places. In the event the offeror calculates the Example Value with Coefficient incorrectly, the government will use the proposed coefficient to recalculate it. All coefficients will remain in effect for the life of the contract, including option periods. Multiple awards will not be made.
