About this file

This is a Davis-Bacon Act Wage Determination document (WD# NV20260091, Modification 2) establishing prevailing wage rates for building construction work in Clark County, Nevada, effective July 30, 2026.

The determination applies to all federally-funded construction contracts in Clark County and excludes the Nevada Test Site (NTS), Tonopah Test Range, and Nevada Test and Training Range (NTTR). The document lists comprehensive prevailing wage rates organized by trade classification, including journeyman and specialist categories for trades such as carpenters, electricians, plumbers, laborers (organized into multiple skill groups), operating engineers (organized into 25+ equipment-specific groups), ironworkers, roofers, painters, truck drivers (7 groups by vehicle type/capacity), and piledriver/hoisting equipment operators (24 groups by capacity). Each classification includes detailed scope descriptions defining which specific work activities qualify for that rate. The wage rates themselves are not displayed in this excerpt but are referenced by trade classification. The determination incorporates Executive Order 13706 requirements for paid sick leave (1 hour per 30 hours worked, up to 56 hours annually) and Executive Order 13658 requirements establishing a minimum wage of $13.65 per hour for applicable contracts. The document establishes the appeals process through the Wage and Hour Division and includes guidance on rate identifiers (union rates, union average rates, survey rates, and state-adopted rates). Unlisted classifications not included in this determination may be added at contract award through labor standards contract provisions per 29 CFR 5.5(a)(1)(iii).
