About this file

This document is a Project Management and Coordination specification section for the EHRM WAN Path Upgrade Construction project at the Roseburg VA Medical Center. The specification outlines detailed requirements for a web-based Project management software package that will be used throughout the project's lifecycle. Key requirements include using software like Procore or Oracle Primavera Submittal Exchange with features such as document workflow planning, access control, real-time communication tracking, PDF markup capabilities, payment application processing, meeting minute distribution, document management, and construction progress photo management.

The specification mandates that the contractor provide user licenses for the Owner, Architect, and Architect's consultants, and deliver eight hours of software training. At project completion, a digital archive must be provided in a format readable by common desktop software applications, with data locked to prevent further changes. The document is part of a federal contract opportunity for the Department of Veterans Affairs Technology Acquisition Center Austin, involving the installation of a redundant fiber network pathway and associated infrastructure at the Roseburg VA Medical Center.
