The contractor must provide all labor, materials, supervision, transportation, and equipment necessary for completion. For Molalla and Shotgun sites, replacement fencing must match original design specifications including 3-strand, 12½-gauge, 4-point barbed wire; 1⁷⁄₈" galvanized barbed wire arms; 9-gauge chain-link fabric with 2" mesh; 1⁷⁄₈" galvanized fence posts; 1⁵⁄₈" galvanized top and center rails; tension wire (7 or 9 gauge); concrete footings (30"-36" depth, 18" diameter, 2000 psi minimum); and for Molalla only, brown HDPE privacy slats (1½" width, 8-foot height). For Willamina, fencing must match existing on-site specifications. Work must be completed within 90 days, occurring Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM PST, with no weekend or federal holiday work. The contractor must submit a work schedule and product data for all components within 5 working days for COR approval before work begins. Payment consists of three lump-sum (LS) line items for each location, billed upon project completion after joint inspection and acceptance by the contractor and COR.
