About this file
This is a Pricing Worksheet for the Salt Lake City OPC (Operations and Transition & Activation) contract opportunity issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs Technology Acquisition Center Austin. The document outlines a detailed pricing structure for IOTA (Information, Operations, Transition, and Activation) services across four contract periods from 10/17/2025 to 01/16/2029, with labor categories including Program Manager, Senior Designer, and Senior Transition Planner. The pricing worksheet covers multiple PWS (Performance Work Statement) tasks such as Project Management Services, with defined labor rates increasing incrementally from $100-$150 per hour in Period 1 to $140-$275 per hour in Period 4.
The total base evaluated price for the project is $273,375.00, covering 1,300 total hours across the specified labor categories. The worksheet provides instructions for contractors to complete the pricing template, emphasizing that labor rates must be provided for all years, travel costs should not be included, and that the pricing should mirror Section B.3 of the solicitation document. Optional tasks include warehousing services, and the document notes that the government will separately add travel costs to the final contract award. The solicitation number is 36C77625Q0257, targeting a contract for operational and transitional services for the Salt Lake City location.
