About this file
The document contains criteria for denying access to Navy installations. Specific conditions that may not be waived by the commanding officer or designated representative and will result in denial of access include being identified in files for foreign fugitives, immigration violators, or registered sex offenders, or being known or suspected terrorists. Felony convictions within 10 years for offenses such as rape, child molestation, espionage, sabotage, treason, terrorism, or trafficking in humans will also result in denial of access. Other reasons include being barred from any Navy installation or having outstanding arrest warrants.
The related federal contract opportunity is solicitation number N4008523R2529 for P170 Ordnance Facilities Recap, Phase 2 at the Naval Weapons Station in Yorktown, Virginia. The solicitation and attachments contain requirements for recapitalization of ordnance facilities.
