| Labor | Est. Hours | Labor Rate | Total Est. Costs | Instructions: *The Offeror shall populate column C, yellow highlights with its proposed fully burdened hourly labor rate for the period in column A. This rate shall be in whole dollars only. Cell A10 is reflective of the Option to Extend Services, which shall be at the same rate as the last Period (cell C9). *The hours associated in column B are reflective of the projected hours required for this effort; however, the hourly rate shall remain the same regardless of the number of hours established at the task order level. Plainly meaning, that at award of the task order, and in modifications throughout the task order, the required hours may be increased or decreased as the Government requires, and the established rate will remain constant for the cycle period. * Travel and Material costs are estimated based upon the Government's current estimate for the program, and are for establishing ceiling prices on the ID/IQ. Likewise, these costs may vary at the task order level. Materials and Travel cells include the FAR 52.217-8 Option to Extend six month estimated costs. |
