Information and Instructions for Completing the Relevant Corporate Experience Form
NOTE: Offeror shall provide no more than 5 experiences and each Relevant Corporate Experience Form shall be limited to 3 pages per experience. Start the information for each experience on a new form.
1. Indicators are as follows
A. Safely and effectively managing design, integration, and construction of international projects supporting foreign partners that require soliciting and managing foreign subcontracts for work at multiple sites simultaneously, which could include both sites where US citizen travel to project sites is permissible, and sites where access for US citizens is not possible due to security issues where subcontractor oversight must be completed remotely.
B. Supporting projects focused on assessing, designing and integrating the installation or expansion of communications systems including but not limited to: radio, wireless, wired, web-based, and fiber optic systems that are owned and operated by foreign nations and located in remote environments.
C. Provision of equipment that meets project requirements. Experience should emphasize: strategies for reducing equipment lead times; OCONUS procurements; successful export control processes and procedures; efficient shipping and customs clearance processes; inventory management; testing and inspection experience prior to U.S. Government or partner agency turnover; ability to assemble equipment transfer documentation; and the ability to obtain Value Added Tax (VAT) exemption.
D. Provision of logistics and coordination services supporting concurrent projects on multiple continents. Logistics experience should emphasize storage and transport of equipment and arranging permits for various project activities. Coordination experience should emphasize travel planning and arrangements, interpretation and translation services, and support for training events.
2. Relevance to Indicators are defined as follows:
A. Relevance to indicator A. is defined as management of international projects ranging from $1M to $25M per project site, on sites that are not owned or operated by the U.S. Government (such as U.S. Embassies or military bases). More relevant projects have multiple public and/or private stakeholders; lack infrastructure; require remote oversight; require accommodating ongoing site operations, have changing requirements, and cultural and language-related barriers.
B. Relevance to indicator B. is defined as installation or expansion of communications systems that are not owned or operated by the U.S. Government (such as U.S. Embassies or military bases). More relevant experience includes installations and expansion of a variety of communications system types in austere environments.
C. Relevance to indicator C. is defined as management of equipment procurements with a value between $500k and $10M per project. More relevant experience shows management of procurement and delivery of a variety of items with a blend of U.S. and Non-U.S. vendors along with equipment deployments requiring shipping and testing in remote regions.
D. Relevance to indicator D. is defined as management of logistics for simultaneous deployments for construction, communications systems, and equipment procurements, where the total value for multiple deployments is $10M to $100M in one year. More relevant experience includes simultaneous deployments for construction, communications systems, and equipment procurements to multiple continents and in remote regions.

Insert the date on which the contract was awarded.
Item 7.
Insert the date on which performance began.
Item 8.
Insert the date on which the customer agreed that the work was satisfactorily completed or the date of planned completion, aside from any pending or ongoing administrative actions, claims negotiations, or litigation.

Describe the nature and scope of the work as it relates to your proposed role in performing the CNSSD Statement of Work (see Section J, Attachment 1). The objective is for you to explain how the work that you did previously or are currently doing is relevant (similar in nature, size in dollars, and complexity) to the scope of work that is to be performed by the Offeror under this solicitation’s SOW.
