About this file

This is a Weekly Checklist attachment for the City of Hayward's Request for Quote (RFQ) for Landscape and Irrigation Maintenance Services at Prominence LLD 3. The document serves as a project management tool for contractors to track ongoing maintenance activities and compliance with contract specifications. The checklist establishes a weekly monitoring framework to ensure consistent service delivery across landscape maintenance operations, including irrigation system checks, plant health assessments, debris removal, and equipment maintenance. Contractors are required to document completion of specified tasks on a weekly basis to demonstrate adherence to service standards and contract terms outlined in the primary RFQ documentation.

The Weekly Checklist functions as an operational control document designed to maintain quality assurance throughout the contract term. By implementing a structured weekly verification process, the City of Hayward ensures that the selected contractor maintains consistent performance standards and addresses maintenance needs in a timely manner. Contractors must complete and potentially submit the checklist to demonstrate compliance with landscape maintenance specifications and to provide documentation of work performed at the Prominence LLD 3 site.
