About this file

Quarterly Checklist for Landscape Maintenance Services

This is a Quarterly Checklist document for the City of Hayward's Prominence LLD 3 Landscape Maintenance contract. The checklist serves as a monitoring and compliance tool for the selected contractor to document and verify completion of landscape and irrigation maintenance activities on a quarterly basis throughout the contract term. The document is designed to ensure that the contractor meets all specified service requirements and maintains consistent performance standards across all designated landscape areas within the City of Hayward's jurisdiction. The checklist format allows the City to track ongoing maintenance activities, identify any deficiencies, and verify that contracted services are performed in accordance with the terms and specifications outlined in the Request for Quote (RFQ).

The Quarterly Checklist functions as an operational tool for both the contractor and the City to maintain documentation of completed work throughout the contract period. By requiring quarterly submissions and verification, this checklist mechanism establishes accountability and provides a systematic record of service delivery. The document supports contract administration by enabling the City to assess contractor performance, ensure compliance with maintenance standards, and maintain transparency regarding the quality and consistency of landscape and irrigation services provided under this agreement.
