| 1. Labor Category: Fill in appropriate Labor Category (using industry standard titles) for each CLIN. All Key Personnel must be identified. CLIN 0001 is an example of how to fill in each section |
| 2. Notate if the personnel being proposed is a Sub or Prime |
| 3. Fill in the labor rates for Year 1 and Year 2 for each of the labor categories proposed for each specific task |
| 4. Notate the total hours for each labor category for each task in the base and option periods. Those tasks which do not require pricing in either the base or the option are greyed out |
