About this file

This document contains a past performance reference questionnaire for a solicitation from the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) for regional support services in Central America and Mexico. The solicitation is an indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract with a period of performance from June 2023 to June 2028. It seeks proposals to provide economic opportunity, governance, climate change, crime and security services to USAID missions in the region. Offerors must submit three past performance references using this questionnaire, which will be completed by both the offeror and the referenced client and returned directly to USAID by June 15, 2023. The questionnaire addresses scope of work, compliance, cost control, business relations and management, with ratings for quality, schedule and utilization of small businesses.
