About this file

This solicitation requests services to support the Quality Control Center for the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration's Crash Investigation Sampling System. The selected contractor will establish and operate the Quality Control Center to ensure timeliness, accuracy, consistency and completeness in coding and data entry among all coding staff at thirty-two Crash Investigation Sampling System Program Sites. Additionally, the contractor must provide training resource development and maintenance, quality control support, and oversight of special studies and training programs. The Quality Control Center will review casework from Program Sites and has the ability to override coded data elements and provide feedback to improve performance. However, the contractor will not be responsible for daily administration or coding of cases. The period of performance and value are not specified.
