About this file
This is a pricing table template for Solicitation W51AA1-26-Q-A055 for Door and Dock Repair services at Tobyhanna Army Depot. Offerors must complete the green-shaded cells by submitting fully burdened hourly labor rates for time-and-materials repairs to doors and docks, with materials reimbursed on a cost basis separate from labor pricing.
The contract structure includes a base year and four option years, each with 300 estimated hours at the proposed hourly rate, plus a six-month option to extend services at 150 hours using the Option Year 4 rate. The total evaluated price is calculated by multiplying each year's hourly rate by the 300-hour estimate, with the Government obligated only to approve actual work through the Contracting Officer Representative prior to commencement. Labor rates must comply with Service Contract Labor Standards under FAR 37.107 and 41 USC Chapter 67, which establish minimum wages and fringe benefits. The proposed hourly rates must also be populated on the signed SF 1449 form. The estimated hours are used solely for evaluation purposes and do not restrict or obligate the Government to any specified number of hours.
