About this file

This is a Pricing Sheet template for the Kitchen Exhaust Hood & Duct Work Cleaning solicitation (W51AA126QA026) at Tobyhanna Army Depot. Offerors must complete all green-shaded cells to submit a compliant bid. The contract covers two service types: Kitchen Exhaust Hood Cleaning priced on a fixed-price (FFP) basis per hood, and Ductwork Cleaning priced on a time-and-materials (T&M) basis with an hourly labor rate. Services are required at five locations: Building 1A Cafeteria (5 hoods, 3 cleanings annually), Building 335 CDC (1 hood, 2 cleanings annually), Building 221 Teen CDC (1 hood, 2 cleanings annually), Building 103 Reserve Center (1 hood, 1 cleaning annually), and Building 333 Landing (1 hood, 1 cleaning annually).

The pricing structure includes a base year and four option years, with a six-month extension option. Offerors must enter a fully burdened hourly labor rate for on-call ductwork cleaning; estimated hours (1,040 hours annually) are provided for evaluation purposes only and do not obligate the Government to any specific number of hours. The Total Evaluated Price (TEP) combines base and option year pricing plus one-half of the final extension option price for evaluation purposes only. Ductwork cleaning is an on-call service subject to Contracting Officer Representative (COR) approval prior to work commencement. Service Contract Labor Standards apply to this acquisition. All pricing must also be populated on the signed SF1449 form.
