About this file
This notice requests capability statements for a duct cleaning and mold remediation project at a Federal Aviation Administration facility. Offerors must submit responses to pre-qualification requirements by August 29th, 2022 demonstrating experience with similar projects valued over $100,000 involving multiple trades. Requirements include safety training and certification in duct cleaning or mold remediation standards. If determined adequate small business competition exists, the project may be set aside for small businesses under $8 million in size. A site visit will be held to distribute final specifications, and invitations will either be open to all pre-qualified offerors or limited to small businesses depending on the acquisition strategy. The lowest price, technically acceptable offer will be selected in response to a future solicitation.
