About this file

This document is an Attachment G - TBO Evaluation Sheet for an Invitation to Negotiate (ITN) issued by the Florida Department of Transportation to establish a contract for one (1) King Air 350/360 CER Aircraft. The evaluation sheet provides instructions and definitions for completing the required information, including the percentage of component life remaining, total time on the component, remaining hours/cycles, remove hours/cycles, time between overhaul hours, and estimated component prices for various aircraft parts such as the propellers, landing gear, and engines.

The evaluation sheet is part of the overall ITN process, which requires respondents to provide this detailed information on the aircraft components and their status. The scoring for the contract award will be based on the aircraft with the higher overall total TBO times remaining. Respondents must complete the yellow highlighted cells in the evaluation sheet and submit it along with their proposal by the stated due date.

For the components, aircraft with higher overall toal TBO times remaining , will receive higher scores than aircraft with overall total lower TBO times remaining.

DEFINITIONS
