About this file

This document is an Attachment G: Tailored 52.212-2 Evaluation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services, effective 02/01/2022, for a funeral services solicitation in Wisconsin. The government will award a purchase order to the most advantageous quoter based on four evaluation factors: Technical and Management Approach, Veterans Involvement, Past Performance, and Price. The Technical and Management Approach requires detailed information about the funeral home's capabilities, including service performance, facilities, transportation, and specific services like embalming and cremation.

The solicitation includes specific evaluation considerations for veteran-owned small businesses (SDVOSB/VOSB), which can receive additional evaluation credit if registered and verified in the VetBiz.gov database. Past performance will be assessed using three recent references within the last three years, with the government reserving the right to contact additional references. The award will be made to the lowest-priced offeror deemed technically acceptable with successful past performance, with options to be evaluated by adding total option prices to the base requirement price.
