About this file
This document is an attachment to a Request for Quotes (RFQ) issued by the Massachusetts Executive Office of Health and Human Services (EOHHS) for printing, mailing, warehousing, and fulfillment services to be provided in a timely, efficient, and cost-effective manner in response to EOHHS requirements. The services also include the development of secure web portals ("microsites") to enable online access to electronic communications. The RFQ covers services to be provided to EOHHS and the jurisdictions of Suffolk County and Boston City. The Contractor is expected to meet specific Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for printing, Braille embossing, and mailing of daily member notices, with a requirement that 100% of these notices be processed, printed (or embossed, if applicable), and delivered to the United States Postal Service within three calendar days of EOHHS or its vendor sending the files to the Contractor.
The RFQ outlines the pricing terms, billing, and payment structure, including the potential for underperformance penalties based on the Contractor's adherence to the specified SLAs. The Contractor is required to establish and utilize an internal tracking system, approved by EOHHS, to monitor performance on the SLAs and provide EOHHS with access to this system.
