About this file
This document is Attachment F - Regional Map for the Florida Department of Management Services (DMS) Building Automation Systems Services RFP No. DMS-24/25-176, depicting a regional map dividing the state of Florida into four distinct service regions. The map comprehensively includes all 67 Florida counties, color-coded into Regions 1 (yellow, covering the Panhandle), Region 2 (green, covering northeastern Florida), Region 3 (purple, covering central Florida), and Region 4 (light blue, covering southeastern Florida). The regional breakdown appears designed to facilitate geographically structured building automation system service delivery across the state.
The regional mapping supports the broader RFP for building automation systems services, which seeks to establish contract(s) for maintaining Tridium Niagara Building Automation Systems (BAS) across state facilities. The service scope includes hardware installation, configuration, programming, scheduled maintenance, software updates, troubleshooting, and repairs addressing potential issues like controller malfunctions, sensor problems, programming glitches, communication disruptions, and system integration challenges. By segmenting the state into four regions, the Department of Management Services likely aims to optimize service response times, allocate resources efficiently, and ensure comprehensive coverage of state facilities' automation system needs.
