About this file
This is Attachment E - Performance Standards and Guarantees for Building Automation Systems Services (RFP No. DMS-24/25-176), which outlines performance requirements and financial consequences for a building automation systems service contract. The document establishes four key performance areas: response time requirements of 10 business days for service calls, required licensure verification for contractor personnel, service ticket documentation, and invoice submission timelines.
Each performance requirement carries a financial consequence of a five percent (5%) deduction from the subsequent invoice amount if not met. Specific requirements include notifying the Facility Manager of delays 24 hours prior to deadline, providing proof of required licenses (Certified/Registered Limited Energy Specialty, Alarm System I or II, Electrical Contractor, or Residential Electrical Specialty) within 5 business days of contract start and annually thereafter, submitting complete service tickets with invoices, and submitting invoices within 30 calendar days of work completion.
