22Can the indicators be referenced by the contractor in other contexts after publication by the government? Does the Contractor have the right to co-publish findings on its own website at the same time that the Government agency releases them?The Contractor does not have to cease current research; however, data obtained/developed for this requirement shall only be used for this performance under this contract.
