Attachment F: Workload Data/ Capabilities – _____LRC-McCoy_________

ESTIMATED WORKLOADS. Historical AFMIS headcount data representing what was experienced over the last three fiscal years is provided in Attachment B. These figures in no way guarantee that the Contractor will experience the same number of meals served during the period of this contract. Factors such as Training, Holidays and Unit deployments have an effect on meal count. The Government will provide projected level of service and variance data in accordance with the Fort McCoy Unit Food Service Support Requests/Headcount Projections Standing Operating Procedure (SOP-I-038).

Note: The Headcount shown in attachment B is not representative of the forecasted days in each band/for each Building. FY20 Headcount was lower than would be expected due to the COVID-19 Pandemic; this did impact FY21 as well. Additionally, Buildings 1672 and 2674 were being utilized for a critical mission, that is not expected to repeat, which impacts the number of days those Buildings are normally open. The normal tempo of each Building is in the details below.
