Project Description and Overview

Description of the organizational structure and experience(s) of work performed including the services provided tasks, activities, counseling services, reporting, website accessibility, employee assisted services, and associated deliverables. The corporate experience record identified above shall be relevant in terms of size (e.g., participant volume), scope (e.g., employee assistance services, programs, and work-life balance support), and complexity (e.g., federal agency Customer, user/viewer capacity, family access, varying services) per the RFQ. Quoters are to describe project success, performance activities, end-user experiences, and timeliness of meeting services and reporting requirements, while remaining compliant in confidentiality and security requirements.

Capability Based on Staffing/Personnel, Management Experience, and Lessons Learned

Description of the Quoter’s EAP and WLS experience in terms of: 1) technical capability and capacity; 2) staffing resources and key personnel qualifications; 3) management and safeguarding of confidential records and maintaining IT security compliance; and 4) lessons learned from issues, challenges or risks experienced, as well as the corrective actions taken to remedy and overcome the issues.
