About this file

This document is an Attachment F - Certified Disadvantaged Business Outreach Plan for an RFP issued by the State of Oregon related to the "Evaluation of Oregon State School Fund". The RFP seeks to evaluate the Oregon State School Fund and requires the selected proposer to provide an OMWESB (Minority, Women, Emerging Small Business) Outreach Plan detailing the steps the proposer will take to solicit certified disadvantaged businesses for any subcontracting opportunities. The RFP covers jurisdictions including Marion County and the City of Salem. Proposers must indicate if they are a certified firm and provide details on their existing contractual relationships with certified and non-certified firms that may be minority-owned, woman-owned, service-disabled veteran-owned, or emerging small businesses.

The document outlines the requirements for the Certified Disadvantaged Business Outreach Plan, including describing the subcontracting opportunities and approximate dollar values, as well as the proposer's willingness to report the identity and value of each subcontractor to the Oregon Certification Office for Business Inclusion and Diversity (COBID) if awarded the contract. The information provided in the Outreach Plan will not be scored as part of the evaluation, but is a required submission with the proposal.
