About this file
This is Attachment E - Performance Standards and Guarantees for RFP No. DMS-24/25-176 from the Florida Department of Management Services for Building Automation Systems Services. The document outlines four key performance requirements and associated financial penalties for contractors providing building automation systems services.
The performance standards include: responding to service calls within 10 business days with required notification for delays; maintaining proper licensure (Certified/Registered Limited Energy Specialty License, Alarm System I or II License, Electrical Contractor License, or Residential Electrical Specialty License) with proof submitted within 5 business days of contract start and annually; submitting complete service tickets with invoices; and submitting invoices within 30 calendar days of work completion. All failures to meet these standards result in a 5% deduction from the subsequent invoice amount as a financial consequence.
