Each deliverable includes a measurement criterion and financial consequence for non-compliance, with all violations resulting in a 5% deduction from the subsequent invoice amount. The required licenses include Certified or Registered Limited Energy Specialty License, Alarm System I or II License, Electrical Contractor License, or Residential Electrical Specialty License, which must be provided within 5 business days of contract start and annually thereafter. Service tickets must be submitted with invoices, and invoices must be submitted within 30 calendar days after work completion.
