Attachment E - New Asset Landscape Maintenance Services Quote Form

This is a quote form document issued by Sarasota County, Florida as part of its comprehensive landscape maintenance services solicitation (IFB #262798MN). The form functions as a mechanism for contractors to provide pricing for new county assets or revisions to existing assets requiring landscape maintenance services. Contractors must complete and submit the New Asset Quote Form within ten calendar days of the county's request. Upon county acceptance, the quoted services become effective for up to 120 calendar days while the county prepares a contract amendment to formalize the addition or revision of the asset. Contractors are responsible for commencing and performing the quoted services during this interim period prior to final contract amendment execution.

The form requires contractors to provide monthly landscape maintenance service pricing and must be prepared using the same pricing methodology applied to existing assets, with pricing comparable to monthly rates of properties with similar acreage, landscape features, and designated level of service. The county provides specific request information including date, location, department contact, and zone assignment, while contractors submit pricing, date of submission, and relevant notes. This process applies to the broader three-year landscape maintenance contract covering approximately 201 county-owned properties across four geographic service zones, with no incumbent vendor information disclosed and no local or disadvantaged business enterprise set-asides applicable due to grant funding requirements.
