About this file

This is a Mandatory Requirements Checklist for RFP 758 2700000043, a Security and Surveillance RFP Rebid issued by the Commonwealth of Kentucky. The checklist establishes the essential compliance requirements that all bidders must meet to be considered for award. The document outlines mandatory submission elements and certifications required from prospective vendors, including documentation of business registration, insurance coverage, and adherence to state procurement regulations. Bidders must demonstrate compliance with all identified mandatory requirements to advance beyond the initial screening phase of the evaluation process.

The checklist serves as a gate mechanism to ensure that only qualified and compliant bidders proceed to technical and pricing evaluation stages. All mandatory requirements must be satisfied in full; failure to meet any single requirement may result in bid disqualification regardless of the quality or price of the proposal. The specific mandatory items typically include proof of legal business status, required insurance certifications, completed affidavits, and compliance with state contracting statutes, though the precise requirements should be verified against the detailed checklist contents within the Excel workbook.
