About this file
This document is an Attachment E - Price Proposal Form for OregonBuys Bid # S-25700-00005629. The scope of this solicitation is to provide the Medical Examiner in Clackamas County, Oregon with a movable high-capacity storage solution specifically designed for storing glass slides and paraffin blocks. The price proposal must include all cost components needed to provide the required services, and failure to identify all costs will result in rejection of the proposal. Proposers may utilize the sample price table provided or create their own pricing table. All pricing must be held firm for 30 days.
The price proposal is a consideration in the evaluation process, but the award will not necessarily go to the lowest-cost proposer. Instead, the award will go to the proposer whose proposal best meets the requirements of the RFP. Proposers should ensure that all costs associated with providing the required services are incorporated into the price proposal, as failure to do so may result in rejection of the proposal.
