About this file

This document is a pricing and category coverage template for a Districtwide Furniture Program issued by APS (presumably Aurora Public Schools) in Colorado, seeking to establish pre-qualification for two vendor categories: Full-service vendors for new schools and Category-Specific Vendors for 2024 Bond and as-needed non-bond projects. The template requires vendors to complete four distinct tabs: Pricing Sheet, Typical Room Package, Category Coverage Matrix, and Pool Declaration & Checklist.

The pricing document mandates comprehensive pricing details including SKU-level information, manufacturer/line specifics, MSRP, discounts, delivered and installed pricing, and cooperative pricing options. Vendors must declare their proposed pool(s) - either Full-Furnish Vendor (PFV), Category Vendor, or both - and provide detailed pricing matrices for different room types and furniture categories. The document appears designed to create a flexible, comprehensive furniture procurement system that allows schools to select vendors based on specific needs, room types, and budget constraints, with a focus on transparent, itemized pricing and vendor qualifications for the 2024 Bond program.
