ATTACHMENT C Sign Bid Sheet.xlsx

This is a sign bid sheet attachment for a state or local government solicitation seeking vendors to supply regulatory stop signs, custom square signs, custom vertical rectangle signs, custom horizontal rectangle signs, and sign posts across multiple districts. The procurement covers two regulatory stop sign configurations (36"x36" and 48"x48" with 10 units each), custom square signs in brown/white in six size variations (12"x12" through 48"x48" with 25 units each), custom square signs with custom graphics in the same six sizes (25 units each), custom vertical rectangle signs in brown/white in fifteen size variations (6"x12" through 30"x36" with 25 units each), custom vertical rectangle signs with custom graphics in the same fifteen configurations (25 units each), custom horizontal rectangle signs in brown/white in twenty-four size variations (12"x6" through 72"x44" with 25 units each), custom horizontal rectangle signs with custom graphics in the same twenty-four configurations (25 units each), and twelve gauge Type D sign posts in three heights (8', 10', and 12' with 100 units each). Vendors must bid all line items within selected districts to be considered for award, though bidding on all districts is not required. Vendors must guarantee delivery within a specified number of working days after receipt of a delivery order.

The bid sheet requires vendors to provide unit pricing for each item across the districts selected for bidding. Pricing terms, delivery schedules, and district-specific information are to be submitted by vendors on this standardized form. The document includes blank columns for multiple vendors to submit unit prices, allowing for comparative evaluation across bidders. No specific award date, contract term, renewal options, or funding information is provided in this attachment.
