About this file
This is a Price Schedule attachment for a state and local contract opportunity issued by OUC (Orlando Utilities Commission) in Florida for the replacement of Evaporative and Drift Media at Osceola Generation Station's three GE 7FA.03 Gas Turbine units located in St. Cloud, Florida. The price schedule is structured to accommodate bidding for three separate units, with each unit line item requesting cost breakdowns for mobilization, parts and materials, labor costs per hour, and optional upgrade and improvements, along with a total cost calculation for each unit.
The pricing structure requires bidders to provide firm rates for mobilization on an each (EA) basis, materials costs, hourly labor rates, and any optional upgrade costs, with all extended costs calculated by multiplying quantity by rate. If the total project cost exceeds $200,000, a Payment and Performance Bond covering 100 percent of the project value will be required. The schedule also requires bidders to provide markup percentages for materials and rental equipment used in time and material extra work scenarios, along with submission of a standard rate sheet with all-inclusive rates that remain firm through project completion. These rates must encompass labor, supervision, payroll taxes, employee benefits, insurance, taxes, permits, licenses, personal protective equipment, small tools, consumables, test equipment, vehicles, travel expenses, office equipment and supplies, communications, overhead, and profit.
