About this file

This document is an attachment titled "Attachment C: Milestones and Deliverables" related to a state and local contract opportunity from the Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE).

The key deliverables include psychometrically sound and legally defensible content-area tests aligned to Illinois standards, available test sites and customer service support, an informative website, and the availability of all Illinois educator licensure tests (except the new Elementary Mathematics Specialist test) by July 1, 2024. Subsequent deliverables include the contractor obtaining ISBE approval for alternative arrangements, providing score reports and data, developing a test redesign plan, offering practice exams and quarterly webinars, and implementing the test development and redesign plan. The contract also requires the contractor to provide IHEs with test preparation vouchers and technical assistance, as well as launch an IHE-focused website.
