**Relevant experience may be substituted for educational requirements with approval of COR as follows:
Master's = Bachelor’s degree + 2 years’ experience relative to the specific position or 6 years’ experience relative to the specific position.

Bachelor's = 2 years of college + 2 years’ experience relative to the specific position or 4 years’ experience relevant to the specific position.

Associate's = 1 to 2 years of experience relative to the specific position.

Professional and technical certification programs may be substituted for years of education, based on credit hour equivalents.

***One Project Manager shall be designated as Key Personnel at the base contract level.
