About this file
Attachment C is an insurance requirements document from Poudre School District R-1 for the English Language Development Curriculum procurement. The document outlines specific insurance coverage requirements for contractors bidding on this contract, detailing two primary insurance types: Commercial General Liability and Technology Errors & Omissions/Network Security & Privacy insurance. The requirements mandate minimum coverage limits, including $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate for Commercial General Liability, and $1,000,000 per loss and $3,000,000 aggregate for Technology Errors & Omissions.
The insurance requirements include special provisions for additional insured status, with Poudre School District R-1 and its officials, employees, agents, and volunteers to be named as additional insureds. For technology-related services involving Personal Identifiable Information (PII), the contractor must provide extended coverage for liabilities related to data theft, network security breaches, unauthorized system access, and potential computer virus damages. The coverage must be maintained for three years after project completion, with specific protections for confidential information stored or transmitted electronically.
