About this file

This is a Register of Wage Determinations under the Service Contract Act issued by the U.S. Department of Labor Employment Standards Administration Wage and Hour Division. The document establishes prevailing wage rates for federal service contracts in Georgia and Tennessee, specifically covering Catoosa, Dade, and Walker Counties in Georgia, and Hamilton, Marion, and Sequatchie Counties in Tennessee. Wage Determination No. 2015-4525 (Revision 31, dated August 27, 2026) lists hourly rates for over 300 occupational classifications ranging from administrative support positions at $15.31 to $22.56 per hour to specialized technical roles such as registered nurses and engineers earning $25.91 to $50.64 per hour. The determination includes classifications in administrative, automotive service, food preparation, furniture maintenance, general services, health occupations, information technology, materials handling, mechanics and maintenance, personal needs, plant and system operations, protective services, recreation, stevedoring, and technical occupations.

All listed occupations receive fringe benefits of $5.92 per hour (up to 40 hours weekly, totaling $236.80 weekly or $1,026.13 monthly) or alternatively $5.42 per hour under Executive Order 13796 ($216.80 weekly or $939.46 monthly). Additional benefits include two weeks paid vacation after one year of service, three weeks after eight years, and four weeks after twenty years; a minimum of eleven paid holidays annually including New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Jr.'s Birthday, Independence Day, and Christmas Day; and night pay differentials of 10 percent for hours worked between 6 p.m. and 6 a.m. Hazardous pay differentials of 8 percent and 4 percent apply to specific ordnance and hazardous material work. Computer professional employees earning at least $27.63 per hour may qualify as exempt positions under Fair Labor Standards Act provisions. Uniform costs are reimbursable at $1.35 per week or $6.67 cents daily when not furnished by the employer. The wage determination references conformance procedures requiring contractors to justify any unlisted classifications through SF-1444 forms submitted to the Department of Labor for approval.
