About this file

This document contains a past performance questionnaire for offerors responding to a solicitation from the General Services Administration (GSA) for construction manager as constructor (CMc) services for a new laboratory building for the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) on the Denver Federal Center grounds. Offerors are required to distribute past performance questionnaires to references for similar projects defined as new Biosafety Level 2 or 3 laboratory construction projects valued over $60 million where the offeror served as the CMc or general contractor. References must return completed questionnaires directly to the GSA contracting officer by May 6, 2022. The questionnaire collects information on the offeror's performance in areas such as cost savings, design collaboration, accounting and cost tracking, corrective action, quality control, schedule adherence, and an overall rating. References are also asked if they would award to the contractor again and provide additional contacts.
