About this file
This document is an Analytical Report prepared by Eurofins Orlando Laboratory for Orange County Utilities Water Division, specifically a Toxicity Characteristic Leaching Procedure (TCLP) analysis report for Environmental Water Reclamation Facility (EWRF) job number 670-16475-1. The report details comprehensive laboratory testing of a solid sample collected on March 16, 2023, and received on March 17, 2023, involving multiple analytical methods including volatile organic compounds, semivolatile organic compounds, organochlorine pesticides, herbicides, metals analysis, and mercury testing.
The laboratory analysis examined the sample using standardized EPA SW846 testing methods, with results indicating no detected concentrations above the method's practical quantitation limits for most tested compounds. The report includes detailed quality control data, surrogate recovery percentages, method blank analyses, and matrix spike results, demonstrating the laboratory's adherence to NELAP (National Environmental Laboratory Accreditation Program) requirements. The testing was conducted by Eurofins Environment Testing Southeast, LLC, with authorization and release by Amy Weinberg, Project Manager II, and the results are specific to the sample as received, with any methodological exceptions explicitly noted in the case narrative.

Receipt The samples were received on 3/17/2023 11:50 AM. Unless otherwise noted below, the samples arrived in good condition, and, where required, properly preserved and on ice. The temperature of the cooler at receipt time was 1.7°C
GC/MS VOA
Method 8260D: Due to the TCLP extraction process, the following sample was diluted X5: FULL TCLP (670-16475-1).
No additional analytical or quality issues were noted, other than those described above or in the Definitions/ Glossary page.
GC/MS Semi VOA Method 8270E: Internal standard (ISTD) response for Perylene-d12 for the following sample in analytical batch 400-618363 was outside acceptance criteria: (LB 400-617947/1-E). This ISTD does not correspond to any of the requested target compounds reported from this analytical batch; therefore, the data have been reported.
Method 8270E: Six surrogates are used for this analysis. The laboratory's SOP allows one of these surrogates to be outside acceptance criteria without performing re-extraction/re-analysis. The following sample contained an allowable number of surrogate compounds outside limits: FULL TCLP (670-16475-1). These results have been reported and qualified.
No additional analytical or quality issues were noted, other than those described above or in the Definitions/ Glossary page.
Herbicides No additional analytical or quality issues were noted, other than those described above or in the Definitions/ Glossary page.
Pesticides Method 8081B: Two surrogates are used for this analysis.
Metals No additional analytical or quality issues were noted, other than those described above or in the Definitions/ Glossary page.

Method 8260D: Due to the TCLP extraction process, the following sample was diluted X5: FULL TCLP (670-16477-1).
The following sample contained an allowable number of surrogate compounds outside limits: FULL TCLP (670-16477-1). These results have been reported and qualified.
No additional analytical or quality issues were noted, other than those described above or in the Definitions/ Glossary page.
Herbicides No additional analytical or quality issues were noted, other than those described above or in the Definitions/ Glossary page.
Pesticides No additional analytical or quality issues were noted, other than those described above or in the Definitions/ Glossary page.
Metals No additional analytical or quality issues were noted, other than those described above or in the Definitions/ Glossary page.
