About this file

This is a Technical Proposal Form (Attachment A) for a Sponsor/Exhibitor Opportunity associated with the 2026 Governor's Conference on Energy & the Environment, administered by the Kentucky Cabinet. The form serves as the primary vehicle for vendors and companies to submit their technical responses to the Request for Proposal (RFP). Prospective sponsors and exhibitors must complete the form and submit it alongside mandatory documentation, including a signed solicitation page and a notarized affidavit for bidders, offerors, and contractors. The form requires vendors to identify their company information, state any deviations from RFP requirements, and provide background information about their organization, including the date established and business type, in no more than 150 words.

Bidders must select their desired sponsorship or exhibit level and rank their top three preferences from the available tiers: Commonwealth ($10,000), Goldenrod ($6,000), Viceroy ($4,000), Cardinal Exhibitor ($500), and Agate Exhibitor ($200). Sponsorship naming opportunities include the Networking Lunch, Conference Breakfast (10/19), Post-Conference Forum "Women in Energy" Brunch (10/2), A.M. Break, and P.M. Break, while exhibit space options are designated for corporate and non-profit/university/government organizations. Respondents must also provide three separate statements, each limited to 150 words, addressing their interest in sponsoring the conference, their position on the importance of energy, environment, and economic development in Kentucky, and their perspective on the evolution of energy and/or environmental conditions in Kentucky over the past 50 years with a specific example of improvement. The form includes space for additional comments up to 150 words and requires signatures certifying completion of all mandatory submission items.
