CLIN 0003 is a not-to-exceed allowance for additional granite paver repairs authorized by written modification, priced using awarded unit prices for paver resetting, mortar bed replacement, tuckpointing, cleaning, replacement pavers by size, and mobilization. All work requires contractor-submitted Safety Plans, Activity Hazard Analyses, Quality Control Plans, Site Coordination Plans (requiring approximately four-week approval period), and product data prior to commencing work. The main entrance must remain open at all times during construction. Finished work must be level, stable, free of rocking, match adjacent grades, and match existing granite in size, finish, texture, and color.
