About this file

This document is a Price Agreement (PA) between the Oregon State Marine Board (OSMB) and a Consultant for the provision of on-call hydraulic engineering services. The PA establishes the terms and conditions under which the Consultant will provide services such as hydraulic modeling, design reviews, permitting support, and inspections for projects related to the development, replacement, or renovation of public recreational boating facilities funded through OSMB's Boating Facilities Program. The PA has a limited 3-year assignment period, with the possibility of extension up to a total of 10 years. OSMB will assign specific Work Order Contracts (WOCs) to the Consultant based on a qualifications-based selection process.

The PA includes details on the Consultant's compensation, which will be based on an agreed-upon scope of work and hourly rates set forth in the PA. The PA also requires the Consultant to comply with certain state requirements, such as a Certified Small Business Outreach Plan if applicable, and incorporates standard terms and conditions for professional services contracts. The OSMB may consider federal funding for individual WOCs, in which case the federal requirements will be included in the WOC.
