About this file
The document is a Salient Characteristics specification for the "TOMMANIKIN - GSW" (Gunshot Wound) training manikin. The product is a highly advanced medical training simulator designed for military medical training, featuring comprehensive emergency medical scenario capabilities. Key specifications include a weight range of 150-170 lbs, a powder-coated welded steel frame, and a silicone skin that can withstand extreme temperature cycles. The manikin includes advanced features such as an onboard blood reservoir, independent bilateral lung control, adjustable pulse rates, multiple wound simulation sites, and the ability to support various medical interventions including airway management, hemorrhage control, and tourniquet training.
The TOMManikin comes with a NARS ruggedized tablet for comprehensive feature control, allowing instructors to manage bleeding, breathing, voice tracks, and simulate realistic patient responses. Standard accessories include 12V NiMH batteries, a smart charger, fluid fill tank, simulated blood concentrate, deployment bags, and a digital-pattern uniform. Optional features include a monitoring interface that integrates with patient monitoring systems. The product offers a 3-year warranty covering mechanical, electrical, and silicone components, and is designed to support extensive medical training scenarios with high durability and sophisticated simulation capabilities.
