About this file

This document is a comprehensive Residential Cleaning Contract Requirements specification detailing extensive cleaning protocols for residential properties. The requirements cover a wide range of cleaning tasks across different areas of a residence, including general cleaning guidelines, specific room-by-room cleaning instructions, and post-cleaning arrangement expectations. Key cleaning requirements include thorough trash removal, window and frame cleaning, floor and baseboard maintenance, furniture and appliance cleaning, and detailed procedures for bathrooms, kitchens, basements, garages, and outdoor areas. The service provider must effectively manage cleaning at least three residences per day, be available during weekdays (especially from June through October), and adhere to strict cleaning standards that involve deep cleaning, disinfecting, and meticulous attention to detail for every surface and area of the residence.

The document outlines specific expectations for cleaning various room types and appliances, such as thoroughly cleaning refrigerators/freezers (including defrosting and cleaning gaskets), ovens (inside and out), dishwashers, and microwaves. Post-cleaning requirements include precise furniture alignment, placement of welcome kit boxes, reconnecting electrical equipment, and ensuring all doors and windows are closed. The cleaning service is expected to be comprehensive, removing all items left by previous inhabitants, cleaning all surfaces, and preparing the residence for new occupancy. The document is marked "SENSITIVE BUT UNCLASSIFIED" and provides a detailed, systematic approach to residential property cleaning services.
